The spotless room with a great bed was refreshing. the friendly ladies gave good tips and advice about things to do in the area and offer great customer service.
The noise from the street can be disturbing at night, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs. the hotel has no reception, which can be a little confusing at first, and extra seating in the common area would be a nice addition.

Great value for money and friendly staff. Good central location in the old town with basic amenities and private bathrooms. Breakfast included. "Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but ok breakfast included. Good central location of old town
Could improve noise insulation. From one review: "The walls are not really walls so you can hear everything, even people talking, in the room next to yours.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was ideal, being close to the main shopping street and some tourist attractions. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, providing us with useful information whenever we needed it. The room was spacious and had a romantic feel to it.
The absence of a proper window in some of the rooms was concerning, as it may affect the quality of the air inside. there were no lockers in the room, which was not very secure.
